Hawai`i Appleseed Center conducts research on a variety of topics that affect the low income population in Hawai`i. Our policy briefs are designed to start a dialogue or inform policy makers. We have also developed self-help tools that may have the information you need about your rights and steps you can take to protect them.
Periodically, we also author articles in national magazines and journals such as Clearinghouse Review and the Management Information Exchange, copies of which you can find reproduced in our publications section.
During the legislative session, we submit testimony for bills that effect Hawai`i's low-income families and communities. You can read more about this here.
